Do you feel anxious, bloating or indigestion
My passion is to help people to understand the big picture about their health so that they can make decisions that support them in making sustainable lifestyle changes.
Mind, Body, Spirit Connection
Who we are is more than our physical body. There is an intricate connection and interaction between the body, mind, spirit, and the surrounding environment, and these interactions have a significant impact on our health.
This is why we must take a holistic approach to health instead of masking symptoms.
About Cathy
I am a registered nurse with experience in med-surge and long-term care. I have certification in patient whole health education from the National Institute of Whole Health. I also have a master’s degree in Adult and Community Education.
I understand how frustrating it can be when you feel like you are doing the best you can and still do not see improvements because I have been there. I suffered from anxiety for most of my life and carried a lot of shame for not knowing why I was feeling the way I did. When I got better, I decided to continue learning more about the interactions between mind, body, spirit, and the environment and share as much as I could with others who might be feeling frustrated about the state of their health.

Our Services
-
Wellness Scan
Do you sometimes wonder about the meaning of some of your symptoms and wish you could have a glimpse of what is going on in your body without going through expensive, invasive procedures?
-
Coaching
As your coach, I do not tell you what to do. We live in a world with an abundance of unsolicited opinions about what you should do about your health and very little time to listen to what you know about your body.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries
